Responsibility of On Road Training
- Treat you with respect at all times
- Communicate openly and honestly about your driving
- Be on time where possible, giving at least 24 hours notice of cancellations when practical
- Work with you to achieve your goal with driving
- Protect your privacy and confidential information
- Comply with policies and procedures found on the website onroadtraining.com.au
- Keep up to date with and to follow road rules
Responsibility of the client
- Always carry correct and valid licences and certificates whenever driving
- Follow all road rules, laws, and regulations
- Follow all directions from On Road Training, unless believed it is unsafe or not legal
- Take responsibility of the vehicle, be liable for any damages or fines, unless it was out of your control
- Treat On Road Training with respect and courtesy
- Communicate openly and honestly with any concerns about services provided
- Ensure payment of all invoices for services are made within 14 days of the service provided. * If the organisation has not made these payments, the client will be responsible for all money owing
- Inform On Road Training of any changes to your plan
Cancellations
If a service is cancelled at short notice, or there is a no show, On Road Training will charge 100% of the service fee. A short notice cancellation is when you:
- Do not show up for the appointment within 30 mins of the scheduled start time, or
- Given less than 24 hours notice to cancel the appointment
On Road Training will always try to give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations, but due to uncontrolled circumstances, like weather, previous appointments, or traffic, this could be less than 24 hours, but On Road Training will try to give as much notice as practical
